Ibolya Csahók

She earned her degree in hospitality from the Budapest Business School. Her first truly significant role was managing the Onyx Restaurant, where she worked for nearly nine years. In 2017, together with Szabina Szulló, Zoltán Hamvas, and Tamás Széll, she co-opened Stand25 Bistro, envisioned as a modern and more accessible Hungarian cuisine concept to bring the world of fine dining closer to the public. Following the success of the bistro, they launched Stand Restaurant in 2018, offering a more refined gastronomic experience. Stand received a Michelin star just eight months after opening, and in 2022 earned a second star, placing it among the most outstanding Hungarian restaurants.

Stand operates with a very cohesive and experienced team, which she leads. Her most important mission is to ensure that guests have a memorable experience from the first moment until their departure, providing something a little more and a little better than elsewhere. To achieve this, she strives to maintain a team in which everyone delivers their best, regardless of position.

Her work is characterized by a passion for hospitality, commitment to high-quality service, and precision. As a leader, she pays great attention to ensuring that guests always have an excellent experience and guarantees the high standards of the restaurants through meticulous attention to detail, while also introducing modern solutions and trends that contribute to the continuous renewal of the guest experience.
