He was born in Szabadszállás in 1962. At the urging of his mother, he became a culinary apprentice.
He mastered the profession in Kecskemét at the Széchenyi István Tourism, Hospitality Vocational Secondary and Trade School. His early successes and strong performances in competitions motivated him to delve deeper and more thoroughly into the world of culinary delights. This was the beginning of a path that, in his view, he owes largely to his school and instructors, who taught him to work honestly and diligently, and provided lifelong valuable advice that continues to shape his life to this day.
He has participated in numerous domestic and international gastronomic events, exhibitions, and competitions, traveling to nearly half the world. Among other positions, he worked as the chef of the Liberté Café in Kecskemét and the Casino Restaurant in Budapest, at the 1992 World Expo in Seville, Spain, and held highly successful culinary demonstrations in Paris, Madrid, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and many other European cities and countries. He also traveled to Chicago, New York, Singapore, Dubai, Kuwait, and Tunisia. Currently, he serves as the professional mentor of the Kígyósi Csárda and the head chef of the 48 Restaurant and Bar in Kecskemét.
