Alain Ducasse

French chef legend whose 33 restaurants in nine countries boast 21 Michelin stars, which is considered a world record. The restaurants range from authentic bistros to homely establishments all the way to those with three Michelin stars.

He founded Les Collectionneurs, which in 2023 was renamed the Teritoria network, which includes nearly 500 European restaurants and hotels. Later he created the Ecole Ducasse culinary and pastry arts school. He continues to expand his artisanal chocolate, coffee, ice cream, and pastry shops.

He founded the French Collège Culinaire, where chefs and producers meet and think together, and in 2024 the historic Maison Baccarat in Paris was reopened.
